Hi Linda,
I thought I’d let you know how banjo is going.
He is ‘more’ comfortable in his own skin. Happy to leave guest and go outside and relax when they visit.
His barking at the fence has slowed down considerably
He is still weary of strangers.... but happy when I tell him ‘I’ve got it’
We went to the vets for his normal check up. He was nervous... but are in the room!! No growls or barks!!

I’m so glad that I caught up with Linda Wilkinson an island friend and now Super Dog Trainer!
Little Toby came into my life via my daughter as she did not want me to live alone and felt a pooch would be just the thing. Of course she was right and Toby is now a firm friend and companion.
However – he has his ways which are hard to shift and behaviors which I need to change so of course I approached Linda to take us in hand.
What a pleasure it has been under her instruction. Toby has grown so much more confident and I am feeling more in charge of both our lives. Linda has given me new insights into doggy behavior such as the why and how of walking, restraining and the building of confidence and trust. Toby and I are now working as a team and are finally on the same path together.
As a new dog owner there is always the thought that this can’t be too hard, if I’ve managed a family a dog should not be a problem. I’m now discovering that pups have certain needs that must be addressed and learning about them has been a steep learning curve for me but one that I’m really enjoying.

OSCAR
About three months ago we bought a Jack Russell rescue dog.
I remember the the day I met Oscar. I was discouraged by the pound staff as the dog was apparently badly behaved and didn’t have social skills.
At the beginning Oscar settled well with us but he was still tense lacking confidence.
He also barked when other dogs ware around him
Luckily, we were able to get in touch with Linda Wilkinson from kaleidoscope K9 Training and life skills for dogs.
Linda met with us and with specific questions she developed a profile for Oscar, specifically planned for his needs.
With a number of exercises and play over a very sort time Oscar’s behaviour and skills have changed and he is now a vey different happy and more confident dog.
Linda’s contribution and advice was very professional and we were happy to see that she targeted Oscar’s needs with consideration for our lifestyle.
We have no hesitation to recommend Linda at any time.
Thanks, Linda for your support and that you have changed our dog’s life. He is now leading the life he was meant to lead
